Dogspace

Hi Pupsters -

Your favorite pup took the next big jump in the world of cyberpups! You see, when Jordan brought me home today, he told dad that he recently updated his website for the pup daycare I go to. I overheard Jordan mention that there was a DOGSPACE function on the web, and that I should have my own DOGSPACE page!

Well, you don't have to ask me twice! I pushed dad away from the computer long enough to set up my own page on DOGSPACE! I uploaded a couple of pictures where I look puptastic! You can see my Dogspace page by clicking here. Many of my pup friends from pupcare are on Dogspace...and get this...there are TWO other dogs with the name LOGAN? What's the pup with that?

You will notice that I scored quite high on each of the paw-sonality traits! Energy? HIGH! Intelligence? HIGH! Friendliness? HIGH! Playfulness? HIGH! I even put a pup in for my blog on my Dogspace page! How many pups have their own blog? I don't see many of those on Dogspace!

Looks like snow is moving in - and I say bring it on! I can't wait to head back north for some more time in the snow! Meanwhile, checkout Dogspace and my pup daycare. It's my home away from home!

Just Another Manic TUESDAY?

Hey Pupsters -
Long time no PUP! I have been a pretty busy guy lately. Let's see...where to begin.

Westminster:
Wow...how about that little guy UNO! He looked quite Puptastic and he stole the show. Since the Springer Spaniel didn't win the sporting group, I was pulling for Uno all the way. I had a fun time watching it with my dad!
Valentines Day:
Well, I got my Valentine cards out in time and received a few of my own. One was from Aunt Samantha down in Rhode Island, and another from Grand Pup-parents Fred and Carolyn. They even snuck in 20 Pups to get me some treats at the pup store! Thanks Fred and Carolyn!

Dad made Mom his Valentine Steak dinner. I helped him set the table and ensure everything was puptastic when Mom came home!

Weekend with Aunt EE:
So Aunt EE joined us to celebrate dad's birthday over the weekend in North Conway (dad is definitely getting up there in PUP years!) EE was great! She played with me, let me sit next to her while she was watching TV, and was overall just pup to be around.

The snow is now EPIC up north. The picture in the blog is me standing at the sliding glass doors to our patio. THE SNOW IS OVER 5 FEET HIGH! Even crazier, it is not a snow bank....that is just the level of the snow fall! The patio furniture and grill are covered until probably June!

I am now back in the city - and just back from playing with my pups at playgroup. I know. I sound like a broken record sometimes!

I hope everyone is enjoying this short week!

Loving Snow and Winter!

Hey Pupsters -

Boy, did I have a pup weekend! I have never SEEN so much snow. Over the past week, North Conway has had over 21 inches of snow. IT IS EVERYWHERE - and the snow piles are taller than our house! Crazy!!!!

Mom took me on several walks, and even let me do some running around the golf course. She is actually walking on a trail that is a good 3 feet below the top of the snow where I was playing. I just love running in the snow - and dad captured a couple of action shots! I love the one with my ears in the air. How about that for a pup action shot?

Looks like more snow is in the forecast for this week. I say, bring it on!

In other news, the Westminster Dog Show begins tonight. I can't wait. I am sure I will have it on the big tv tonight and tomorrow. Now, will dad let me sit with him on the ottoman - that will be the question!

I am sure I'll have lots to say tomorrow! Keep an eye on this pup...he and I have the same dog dad!

Charlestown's Dog of the Week?

Hey Pupsters -

While sitting at home waiting for mom and dad to come home and load up the car, I caught up on some of my pup reading that has been accumulating around the house. With my busy playgroup schedule, it is hard to keep up sometimes!

I decided to turn the pages of the Charlestown Patriot, the local newspaper here in our town. As a good pup, I try to keep up with the going-ons in my community. When I got to page 7, what did I find???????? It was a new feature called: DOG OF THE WEEK! How about that? Charlestown is a big dog neighborhood....there are all sorts of four legged pups around this place.

Now for the bad news. The dog of the week WAS NOT your super pup LOGAN! NO SIR! It was some AWFUL looking thing called Burla! Burla? Burla? Who the pup is that? I certainly haven't seen her around the Navy Yard or up around the Monument. BURLA? What kind of name is that?

I have been searching feverishly to find a contact for the paper. I think they made a great mistake overlooking this handsome pup! I think I will have dad take my picture and send it to the paper!

Ok, I am off to play with my toys. I am ready to pup this clambake and head up for some fun in New Hampshire. Dad has some new snow boots, so I am hoping he will take me snowshoeing this weekend!

Happy Year of the RAT?

Hey Pupsters!

So I woke up this morning and when I checked my pupberry, I noticed today is the Chinese New Year! I am not sure why the Chinese have a different New Year from the rest of my pups, but I am all for a pup party!

While watching the Today Show, Al Roker said this particular New Year was in fact, the year of the RAT!?? Rat? Are you kidding me? Now mind you, I have never seen a real rat even living in the big city. The only rat I know is Remy from the Walt Disney movie Ratatouille....

I wanted to get to the bottom of this, so I decided to do some pup surfing. I went to Google and what did I find on their pup page??????? RATS! Unbelievable. Well, I have to do some more research to see what this is all about.

It is snowing lightly here in the city - and I beginning to wonder if this pup will see the sun again anytime soon! Can't believe it is only Thursday...Has this been the longest PUP week ever?

Ok, back to my rat research. Stay tuned!

Super Wednesday

Hey Pupsters -

Hope everyone is well and survived the Super Tuesday primary. Mom and Dad went to vote at the Kent School over in Charlestown. I wanted to go and cast my pup ballot, but no such luck! No pups allowed at the polling place!

I had a great day today. Jordan took me to the Fellsway with a bunch of the big dogs! I loved running through the woods! It was raining a bit - and I got a tad dirty which I enjoyed, but as usual, dad didn't share my excitement of mud. Mom and Dad bought some new furniture over the weekend, so they are being even more neat freakish than normal!

Things seem to be getting back to normal in Beantown after the tragic loss of my Pats. I am ready to play in the snow up north this weekend. I miss the snow now that it has all melted here at home! Next weekend is Dad's birthday, and I heard Aunt EE will be coming up to the ski house. As always, it should be a pup time!

Well, I am off to start working on my Valentine's cards!

A Sad Day in Pupville :(

Well Pupsters -

I now know what it feels like to be a New England Sports Fan! WOW! Even with dad and me wearing our jerseys, it wasn't enough for my Pats. What a sad way to end the perfect season.

Were the Giants really the best team in football in 2007? I am not sure, but they certainly outplayed my boys last night.

How many weeks till spring training??????

Loving Saturdays in the Big City

Hey Pupsters -

So, dad didn't want to drive to NH last night as it was raining and icing all along route 16. That was great, but he then decided to have another DATE NIGHT with mom, taking her for a romantic dinner at On the Border Restaurant in Woburn, and then some shopping at the tres chic Burlington Mall. They picked up a few items at Pottery Barn. I heard dad went into the Bose store - and ended up buying a new entertainment center online from Bose later in the evening. Not sure what is up with that.....but more to come...

Today was a great day. I SLEPT LATE WITH MOM AND DAD! I love sleeping in a pack in the sleigh bed with Ralph Lauren bedding! They took me for a long walk around the Navy Yard where I got to meet up with other pups who live at Flagship Wharf and Parris Landing. A couple of pups came running up to me....only for their owners to say they were interested in such a handsome looking dog! Eh HEM! Yes! That is me!

I helped dad cook a romantic dinner for mom. I pupped him how to sear steaks and cook them in the oven. That along with a nice salad and those white beans mom whips up that taste like mashed potatoes, and we had another great high protein dinner. By the way, my dad has lost 15 lbs and he is looking quite pup!

After dinner, we watched the AKC dog show on TV. I must say that Hannah, the Springer spaniel, was ...well...a bit less than puptastic. At any rate, I loved watching the dog show with my mom, and we even fell asleep in the middle of it!
Tomorrow is the big game with the Pats. Dad and I have our jerseys ready. It's time for #12 to make it happen.

I hope all the pups are having a great pup weekend!
