Rain and no sox game till tonight! What's a pup to do?
Hey Pupsters -
Well, it is a typical Saturday of late....RAIN! We drove up to New Hampshire late last night. My goodness! Remember all the leaves and the color last weekend? NO MORE. Things are looking a bit brown and lots of leaves are blowing around on the ground.
In fact, they have taken up the "speed bumps" around the golf course in anticipation of the upcoming snow season! I can't wait to see the snow plows! I think Mom and Dad are going to do some errands today. I heard them talking about a new electric blanket since someone chewed the cord earlier in the summer. Not sure who they are talking about??????
Looks like another late night, as the Red Sox are not playing till 8:30pm. I am going to have to drink a couple of Red Pups to keep me awake. I hear that there will be a parade if the Red Sox win the World Series. I can't wait! It will make great puppy blog!
Thanks to all my fans for voting on my Halloween costume! I have had lots of pup mail. The lobster seems to be the front winner, although there has been some strong reaction from some family members. Fred asked when have you ever seen a black and white lobster? Aunt Casey said that there is no treat worth that outfit! Well pupspters, time will tell! Stay pupped!
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.
Power to the Pupsox!

Game One - Looking Good!
Hey Pupsters -
Well, game one has come and gone and the Sox are looking rather Puptastic! And speaking of looking puptastic, the game looked even better because dad went out andh bought a new HUGE High Definition flat screen TV! I mean, this thing is GIGANTIC and the picture is crystal clear! Amazing! I can see the faces of all the pup fans in the ballpark!
We are all watching game two with Curt Schilling in what might be his last game as a Pup Sox. Boston College is also playing tonight....and the Bruins are at home. We certainly are not lacking in the sporting arena tonight.
On another topic, I just noticed that the lobster costume is the leading choice amongst the blog readers! Hmmmm, not sure about this idea. Check out the picture of the pooch below!
Nonetheless, I have been told that if I wear my costume to the Pawsitive Dog next week, I am going to get a special treat. IS IT WORTH THIS EMBARRASSMENT??? I will keep everyone posted on this developing situation.
Ok, back to the game......Let's GO SOX !

Thinking of my sister Dana
Hey Pupsters -
Got this email from Lisa last night. Yikes!
Here's to keeping Dana and her owners and their other Springers in our prayers!
PTTPs!
Logan
Logan,
Please keep your sister Dana & her owners Lynda & Dave in your prayers. Their whole life and kennel was evacuated today in southern CA from the horrific fires, they are currently stuck somewhere off the interstate which is closed down in their RV along with several hundred others in semi's and Rv's. They have 13 dogs with them. They are staying at a community center until it is safe to return home if there is anything left of El Cajon, CA.
Please pray they return to a home exactly how they left it,
Lisa

PATS, SOX, and GOLF CARTS
Hey Pupsters -
As you have noticed, I have been a bit behind on the blog. For instance, there was this email from Fred, my grandpuparent from Ft. Worth, back when the Sox were down 3 games to 1!
Dear Logan,
I'm with you and I will be pupping also! I really want the Sox in this World Series. We have got to pull and stay ever faithful.... it will not be easy but maybe they can scalp those Indians. At least that is what I am going to put my dollars on..... We have all go to stay together and as long as they can play a game there is hope!!! Be a good dog and don't get pupped out...It takes courage to stay in there when the chips are down.....Let's SHOUT for the Red Sox!!!!
Grandpupparent,
Fred
AMAZING WHAT A FEW DAYS AND THE SOX WILL DO! How about that game last night? These guys are killing me! I have to take another pup nap so that I can stay up late tonight.
And the PATS? I am sitting here watching them CRUSH the dolphins. What a town this Boston is!
So, to give a shout out to Fred, I asked my dad to take a picture of me in the golf cart. I hear Fred has one and drives it around his neighborhood. Well, I thought to myself, what a good idea!
Let's think WORLD SERIES PUPS!

The Puparazzi is Wearing Me Out!

Hey Pupsters -
Greetings from North Conway. Uncle Jay is visiting us from Pup City, Utah, and we have had a great weekend. I got to go to Puppy Day Care at Four Your Paws Only. All of the usual pups were there: Sage, Shamrock, Kenya, Baby, and Coco. We had a blast.
Then...the rest of the day...Mom and dad were on a mission to get a family photo for their annual Christmas Card. We went EVERYWHERE....from Cathedral Ledge, Jackson Village, Mt Washington Hotel, and even around the Linderhof. I mean, it was 85 degrees, but mom and dad put on SWEATERS (they looked a bit pupdiculus!) Uncle Jay was the official photographer. 95 pictures later..........
With all the cameras, photos, and flashes going off, I now know how Britney Spears must feel! However, after much playing on the laptop, mom has uploaded, edited, and ordered our Christmas card for this year. I think all my pupsters are going to love it.(after all that work......you better!)
I have enjoyed playing with Jay and will be sad to see him go tomorrow. We certainly have had some great visitors up north recently.
We are all watching the Red Sox right now - as they lead 5 -1 with runners on 1st and 2nd. Let's say a pup prayer that we will be watching a game tomorrow night!
Hope eveyrone had a great weekend.

Red Sox are pupping my heart!
Hey Pupsters -
So another game of the ALCS has come and gone. The pitching isn't just happening for my Red Sox. I loved the three home runs Yuk, Big Papi, and Manny, but it just wasn't enough! Not sure I understand that kuckleball thing either...
My dad tried to explain to me that the Red Sox will break your heart. Now I know what he means.
Being born on Patriots Day (Boston Marathon day and always a big RED SOX home game) - I thought this might be a special year. However, I am feeling that the Red Sox flag might be coming down off the ski house to be replaced with the Patriots.
I am going to try and be optimistic for Thursday night.....In the meantime, I just can keep pupping for my boys.

Sports Pup Weekend
Hi Pupsters -
PHEW. After the Red Sox game going to the wee hours of the evening...and now the Patriots playing the Cowboys (THE PATS ARE UP - 14-0 at the time of writing the blog), this pup is...well...pupped out! Way too much sports this weekend!
Had a good weekend with Dad as Mom went to NYC with Aunt EE. The weather in North Conway was cool (DAD LEFT THE WINDOW OPEN...brrrrr!) It is starting to look like fall around here!
We got back to Beantown yesterday, as dad went to go see the Sox at Fenway Pup. However, he said he couldn't get me a ticket. I think he was pupping me!
We have training class tomorrow night. Can't wait to show all my pups how good I have been doing.
Uncle Jay arrives Thursday. Looking forward to seeing him!

Gas Prices too PUP!

Hey Pupsters -
So here is Mom and I taking a quick potty break as we cross RT 16 to I95 in Southern New Hampshire (Live PUP or Die)! Thank goodness for a pupbreak after listening to both the Pats and Red Sox on the radio. Good lord, dad is a channel surfer!

Made it to the Red Parka Pub!
Hey Pupsters-
So this weekend, Mom and Dad took me to their Mecca....the RED PARKA PUB. I hear this is the ultimate place for Apres Ski!
Funny thing though...the place wasn't open! I mean, it was 12pm on a Sunday, but hey, I was ready for some Apres Pup! Where was my mug with my name LOGAN on it? How come Jerry wasn't topping off my pup mug with some water? Where was my share of the peanuts and popcorn?
Where was Amy and her friendly smile that I hear all about? And how about Kelsey, who has that pup Sage that I met at puppy play time at Four Your Paws Only?
Heck, this pup is ready for open mic/pup night! Come on dad! I want to go!
Maybe next time!

Leaf Peeping, Aunt EE, and Pumpkin People
Hi Pupsters -
Phew! What a pup weekend! Since dad was already up north, I got to ride up to North Conway in Aunt EE's volvo with Aunt EE and mom. Of course, I do what I always do when I get in the car - SLEEP!
There were TONS of these leaf peeper people in the mountains. The valley is near peak season and the trees looked amazing with color! Aunt EE was very nice - as she let me sit right next to her the entire weekend.
On Sunday, Dad took us all for a ride around town. Curious thing though....there were all these "pumpkin people" around town. I mean, they looked like real people, but their heads were made from PUMPKINS. I was very curious about all this, so Dad stopped the car and let me get out for a sniff around. Crazy creatures these things were. There were pumpkin skiers, pumpkin construction workers, and even pumpkin BEARS that were running for election or some silliness. Crazy eh?
Well, it's back to the puppy grind this week! Looking forward to a good week!

Pup Mail!

Hey Pupsters -
Dad is in Portland, Maine (boy that sounds far away!) so it is me and mom holding down the fort here in Ctown.
So how about those Sox? Got to love Beckett! These pups look good. I say it's the Sox in 4 pups!
In other news.....one of my favorite things is to get Pup Mail from my fans, relatives, and other curious creatures who read Logan's Express.
Yesterday, I got this pup mail from my Grand Puperent, Fred, who lives in Ft. Worth. Here is what he had to say....and then I will give my "counter pup".
"Logan, this is your grandpupparent from Ft. Worth. A city you would love! Lots of action where we live! You and I are buddies when it comes to the Red Sox. I will be with you all the way. Where you have it wrong is with the PATS....you have got to come and spend some time in the DFW area where God created a hole in the stadium so he could really watch " The Boys". We will see because the Pats and the Cowboys will play in a couple of weeks and the best you could do is at least show both colors until that game is decided. What "if" the Cowboys and the Pats played in the Superbowl...WOW. Josh Beckett just pitched a remarkable game... a Shut Out! Wow...Way to go amigo!!!!!!
Keep up your training and be a good Dog....you are NO DOG!
Best Regards,
GrandPupPARENTS
FRED AND CAROLYN"
Pretty good eh? Now you all know I am a HUGE RED SOX PUP. I have been blogging about them since the early days (like way back in June!).
Now this thing about the Cowboys....I know my mom and dad used to live in Dallas - and I even think Dad still has a Troy Aikmen jersey lying around. But come on...Tom Pup Brady and the team is looking PUPTASTIC. I will say the Cowboys/Pats game will definitely be interesting.
All eyes will be on the PUPVISION. Dad, when are you getting that large screen plasma TV?

Pats, Sox, Training, and Aunt EE!
Hey Pupsters -
Could it be better to be a pup in any other city than Boston? I think NOT! While dad didn't take me to the Red Sox rally, I watched the action on TV - while still sporting my Red Sox collar.
And how about those PATS? I am thinking they go 16 and pup this season! The whole team is looking puptastic!
Celtics are supposed to have one of the best teams in many pups!
All sorts of excitement in PUPTOWN!
Other than the sports excitment, life is pretty much the same. Dad has been working on my training including sit, down, and come. I am getting the hang of it - especially since dad gives me a tasty little treat every time I do something puptastic.
Dad has also been changing things up with my food by hiding a treat or two under the pup food! That dad! He likes to keep things exciting for me.
Dad is off to Portland ME tomorrow night for work. I understand Mom and Aunt EE will be driving me up to North Conway on Friday. I haven't seen Aunt EE since June - when I was a much smaller pup!
Hope everyone's week is off to a pup start!
